CASES
The Constitution of India provides us with fundamental rights and powers to defend our Temples. When the Government and Legislature fails, it is the Courts which are required to ensure that the Laws of the land prevail.
Several cases are thus filed before the Hon’ble Courts to enable us the right to administer, protect and preserve our Temples in our endeavor to pass it on to the future generation.
All such efforts, affidavits, counter affidavits, court orders, judgements will be shared here to one and all which will help anyone understand how to go about when faced with a similar situation.
